This usually means your playlist provider is blocking the connection or the stream is offline. Please test your playlist on a computer (e.g., VLC). If it doesn't work there, it won't work in the app.
TVs often have separate MAC addresses for Wi-Fi and Ethernet. If you switch connection type, your ID changes. Use the same connection type used during activation.
