1 General Disclaimer

HEIO Player is strictly a media player software application. We do not provide, host, sell, stream, or distribute any playlists, video content, broadcast channels, or multimedia of any kind. The application ships without any content. Users are solely responsible for sourcing and using their own, legally obtained content.

2 Bring Your Own Content (BYOC)

HEIO Player is a tool to play media files and playlists that you supply. You must have the legal right to access and play any content loaded into the application. We do not verify, moderate, or have access to the content you play.

3 License Usage

By purchasing a license, you are buying the right to use the software on your specific device (identified by Device ID / MAC address). This license grants access to the software's features only — not to any media content.

4 Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited and violate these Terms:

• Using HEIO Player to access content you do not have legal rights to
• Using HEIO Player to infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party
• Reselling or redistributing HEIO Player licenses without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate licenses used for copyright infringement without refund.

5 No Content Provided

HEIO Player does not include, bundle, or provide access to any television channels, video-on-demand content, live streams, or any other media content. All content played through the app is provided exclusively by the end user from their own sources. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, any third-party content accessed through the application.

6 Liability

Home Entertainment IO is not liable for:

• The quality, availability, or legality of any content provided by the user or third parties
• Any copyright claims arising from user-loaded content
• Interruptions in content availability caused by the user's content provider

7 Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current Terms of Service.
